Rapid Rewards is Southwest Airlines’ frequent flyer program. We created a personalized end of year summary using customer data. The email highlighted the customer’s travels and Rapid Rewards points earnings plus any tier status they achieved and presented the information in Southwest’s lighthearted voice.
